Who I Am

Though my dedication to lifelong learning and fostering a warm, open environment began much earlier my professional journey started with housing justice in Chicago. That work connected me to incredible individuals navigating complex situations, and I drew inspiration from their resilience and independence in adulthood. My experiences there led me to pursue a Master of Social Work degree at The University of Memphis, which became the anchor to my commitment to supporting others through life transitions, trauma recovery, and stress and anxiety management. My degree gave me formal training with 1100 clinical hours and the 6 years of experience afterwards strengthened the solid framework for how I support my clients. I have also received training to provide inclusive care for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, those in kink communities, and those in diverse relationship dynamics.

With diverse experiences across various settings—from Intensive Outpatient Programs to in-home visits with older adults—I continually refine my awareness and skills. My client-first approach extends to facilitating ongoing learning, ensuring individuals find the most suitable clinical care, whether through my services or other providers. Specializing in supporting trauma survivors and those in life transitions, as well as stress management, I am dedicated to creating a welcoming space for everyone. Upholding the belief in universal access to healthcare, I am devoted to making quality care accessible to all.
